Spatial analysis of the potential project area through exhaustive review of archaeological records, documentation review in SEIA, MOP, CMN that help clarify whether there is archaeological evidence that may determine the presence or absence of heritage archaeological elements near the area for a future environmental assessment.

Documentary review and planning: Archaeological, historical and environmental background of the study area is collected to understand the cultural context and define the methodology to be applied.
Fieldwork (visual inspection): A systematic survey of the area is conducted through parallel transects, supported by GNSS, drones and photogrammetry, to detect archaeological remains or materials of interest.
Data recording and systematization: All information obtained—coordinates, photographs, archaeological files and maps—is systematized and analyzed to generate a technical report with findings and recommendations.
Report preparation: Results are presented in reports with management, protection or rescue recommendations, according to criteria established by the National Monuments Council.
Proposal of measures and follow-up: In case of significant findings, management and mitigation plans are formulated, guaranteeing the preservation and documentation of archaeological heritage.
